Another quiet summer trading day in a tight range. We observed a slight selling pressure on the NYSE as measured by our buying/selling index, options traders were eager to protect their positions by buying puts. Most of our indicators are hovering around their neutral level. Breadth closed sloightly negative : 1997 stocks advanced compared to 2145 that settled down.
