The stock market rebounded with vengeance Tuesday, tracing a kind of V bottom. Although most of our indicators have improved during the decline, there are still some pieces missing to complete the puzzle and call for a clear bottom. We already mentionned that internal momentum suffered heavy damage and it may need some time to repair it ; we haven’t depicted any signs of clear capitulation from various market participants: options traders, active investors and individuals. We may be too conservative in assessing the global situation but our list of indicators is not fully synchronized yet.
