The stock market is consolidating its recent advance at a high level. As mentionned in our previous comments, the market has to work out its overbought conditions, especially on the momentum side as the latest advance was accompanied by a strong participation of all sectors. Daily sentiment indicators are fairly neutral and we haven’t really detected any signs of obvious speculation yet.
