The purpose of the Forum is to bridge the gap between different perspectives to come to a shared understanding and create lasting partnerships. John Kerry will be the guest of honor.
The theme for the fifth edition of the Global Investment Forum is Partnering for Progress, as in the context of global instability and digital revolution affecting economy, politics, society and environment, there is an urgent need to find new ways of working together.
Building partnership models which are long lasting, scalable, transformative, and which create shared value will become key.
We can already see that traditional boundaries between all sectors have become blurred and now with a wider governance role for business and civil society, disruptive opportunities are emerging at all levels, allowing innovation to flourish as never before.
Partnering for Progress is how we seize these new opportunities, taking full advantage of the knowledge, skills, reach, and experience that experts of all kinds offer each other to imagine sustainable systems in areas such as finance, energy, mobility, food, health and education amongst others. Not only to create better products and services, but also to produce more inclusive economic growth, advancing our common future and making a long-term impact. And it all starts by bringing people together...
The Global Investment Forum is an independent knowledge and exchange platform bringing together the global investment community – on the one side investors, family offices, asset managers and institutions, while on the other, corporates, entrepreneurs, and thought-leaders. The purpose of the Forum is to bridge the gap between different perspectives to come to a shared understanding and create lasting partnerships.
The Forum aims to achieve this through interactive keynote presentations and panel discussions with leaders in finance and politics, influencers and entrepreneurs, as well as sector-specific breakout sessions with industry specialists, blended with plenty of networking time in an intimate and laid-back environment.
